有網友提供方法，向大律師公會投訴爆粗大律師馬恩國。集合網民力量，齊齊去信，告到呢隻"Fxxking Chinese"釘牌為止！
方法如下：

2) 收到投訴表格後，將以下內容抄入表格寄回：
During a meeting of the Panel of Constitutional Affairs of the Legco on 18th February 2013, there was a verbal exchange between Mr. Lawrence Ma Yan-Kwok (“Ma”) and the Honourable Mr. Leung Kwok Hung (“Leung”).
During the said exchange, Ma lashed out at Leung, and in the process profanities and racist remarks were used not only against Leung, but also against the Chinese race generally.
Besides, during the said exchange, Ma made known his professional qualification as a barrister and used it to his advantage to mock Leung of, and intimidate him for, his relative lack of professional and other qualifications.
The following are extracts of some of the exact wordings used by Ma during the said exchange:-
“我喺澳洲大律師 wo”
“bull shit”
“you are a freaking coward”
“I’ve got the credential, you don’t”
“I’ve got a university degree, you don’t”
“I’ve got a (sic) Australian qualification, you don’t”
“I’m a professional, you’re not”
“you are not a bloody Chinese, I’m telling you”
“you are not even a fucking Chinese”
“you’re not bloody Chinese”
I believe that the way Ma conducted himself at the said meeting has put himself in breach of the Code of Conduct of the Bar Association, in that:-
1. he has failed to uphold the dignity and high standing of the profession of barrister and his own standing of a member of it, as he has failed to observe the ethics and etiquette of his profession;
2. he has engaged in conduct which brings the profession of barrister into disrepute; and
3. he has used his professional qualification for private advantage.
For your information, the meeting was televised by local television stations and footage of the aforesaid incident is widely circulated in the internet (youtube).
